Gateway 1 Prior Approval secured for two over 18m tall roof extension proposals in Uxbridge, London.

 

These were our first Gateway 1 approvals expanding our experience working on Higher-Risk Buildings under BSA 2022. The extensions will provide 24 new apartments on top of a pair of 4-storey office buildings on the corner of Vine Street and Cricketfield Road in Uxbridge.
