Brentwood Borough Council approved the permitted development conversion of this 3-storey office building on London Road, Brentwood to provide 142 new apartments (1 and 2 bed units).

Located just outside Brentwood’s town centre, and 10 minutes walk from the train station, the location of this building lends itself for residential use, but the floor plates of this 190,000sqft campus style behemoth with more than 45m depth in places made it a bit less than ideal for residential conversion. Our team worked hard to maximize the residential floor area to pave the way for further applications optimizing this site in the near future.
