Over 35 successful approvals in the past 6 years with more than 600 new units and 550,000sqft floor area for both developer and private clients.

Residential projects have been the backbone of our work. Whilst the majority of our projects has been in the 10-20 units, the scale of our proposals varied from small private home extensions to 100+ unit office conversion and brownfield redevelopment schemes.

We regularly achieve greater density and better floor plate efficiency, improve existing approvals of dislodge sites with long negative planning history.
