Re-development of a redundant office car park delivering 200 units.

Often after the residential conversion of business park style office blocks, the site remains with a large proportion of the previously car parking area redundant. Our team optimized the car parking layout on the site and developed a proposal to separate a portion of the site and deliver 200 new apartments to replace the car parking areas not used anymore.
