Planning approval for the conversion of vacant commercial units into 3 bed houses.
Our client has developed 6 duplex commercial units behind a residential building off Third Cross Road in Twickenham. Unfortunately, only one of the six units sold, and Rohacs Architects were appointed to develop the proposals for the conversion of the five unsold units into houses.
The layout of the commercial units turned out to be ideal for the conversion, but we still had to overcome the challenges of overlooking and overshadowing by the existing trees along the rear boundary. Each unit has its own rear garden and parking in the front.
