Prior Approval for the residential conversion and 2-storey roof extension of the former ADP Offices to provide 127 apartments.

We produced the design approved by Runnymede Council for the conversion of the existing building into 95 high quality apartments and a 2-storey roof extension to provide a further 32 residential units. The project has been acquired and built out by Sheen Lane Developments.
