Prior Approvals secured for the conversion and 18m+ upward extension of an office building in Thames Valley Park, Reading

 

Earlier we got Prior Approval from Wokingham Council for the conversion of this office block in Reading to 62 apartments. As a second phase to optimise this building, a second approval for a 2-storey roof extension with a further 32 units under Class AA Permitted Development has been secured. This was our second scheme that passed HSE Gateway 1 for an over 18m tall Higher-Risk Building.
