We hold a strong track record in securing airspace developments both under prior approval and full planning, currently totalling over 260 new apartments.

Our initial airspace projects started well before the introduction of permitted development rights and a full planning application had to be made for the approval of additional storeys on an existing building. The experience we have gained helped us on sites where the latter introduced PD rights were not applicable such as conservation areas or under other restrictions. We helped secure approvals for roof top extensions in Slough, Reigate, Croydon, Barnet, Hackney, Brixton (Lambeth), Merton and Brent.

 

Under prior approval we have got success in Ilford (Redbridge), Chertsey (Runnymede), Streatham (Lambeth), Brixton (Lambeth) and Bowes Park (Haringey) to date, whilst we have current applications under determination in Wadsworth, Croydon and Southend-on-Sea.
