3 new residential buildings delivering 103 apartments as part of the Station Plaza regeneration project adjacent Hastings Train Station.
After our Client acquired this project - approved in 2007 with the design of HNW Architects – we were appointed to optimize the old approval, submit a material amendment, and produce the detailed design for this brownfield proposal.
We ‘found’ our client circa £1M additional value by optimizing the layouts of the original outline approval, and produced the detailed design for this project. The elevations were rationalized and the detailing made more robust whilst staying true to the original design intent.
